I was pleased to participate in the UCBA hosted webinar to walk through some of the proposed energy code changes (called Title 24) in California. As I’ve said many times on and off the record, I’m all for promoting efficiency and helping growers convert to LEDs. However, market transformation timelines, procedures and incentives should be heeded in a way that is not evident in California right now. This matters because as California goes so goes the nation – so its worth discussing how to get it right!
