Public Comment Period Closed – 4 comments!

The public comment period officially closed yesterday, and four comments were submitted in writing to the Department of Commerce.  My contacts at Commerce tell me that they had informative conversations with other influential people in the industry, but did not receive written comments from them.  As far as I know they are not posted to Commerce’s website, and I am not going to post them here.  However I can paraphrase everybody’s comments as: if utilities include market induced non-programmatic savings in their targets (based on assumed rates of achievability), and did not specifically exclude any particular measure or end use, claiming those savings legitimate, and consistent with Council Methodology.
