Big Cultivation Projects (Custom Incentive)
Projects (1000+ LED Fixtures OR > $1 million in LED light costs) (Custom Incentive Application)
- New Jersey is a great place for really big cultivation/horticulture facility builds. These large projects could receive up to $4 million in incentives if the CAPEX includes $8 million in LED lights, HVAC/Dehu, and other equipment.
- With Seinergy working with NJCE & your team, these big projects require some serious custom energy modeling for the application and the whole process would take about 1 year from application to being awarded a check. Understanding that the operational needs are different in larger facilities, the incentive payouts happen in 3 payments during the year.
- The timeline is longer due to energy modeling, measurements, and verification of energy savings after installation.
