Attending the Conservation Resource Advisory Committee meeting in Portland today. The room is full of the regions best conservation thinkers, discussing the 6th and 7th Power Plans and high level planning considerations for the region.
Energy efficiency is considered a resource in the Northwest, and the costs of conservation range from about $5/MWh all the way up to $200/MWh.
