Reduce Peak Demand. Save Carbon. Prevent Rolling Blackouts. Earn $$$.
Demand Response Pilot Program - Bay Area
Two Ways to Reduce Peak Demand and Earn:
Scheduled SHIFT OFF PEAK
Schedule your loads OFF of summer peak (4-9, weekdays June-Sep).
Some billing history required
DEMAND RESPONSE - for peak events only
Respond to peak events (day-ahead notice) by using less energy (4-9 pm)
Most flexible, no billing history required.
Reduce energy ANY way possible (dim grow lights, drain backup batteries, turn off the rosin press and the tub!)
Metered Impacts
Your grid benefits will be live-metered by invisible fancy software robots and reported out in early October. You will earn as much as a power plant would - and maybe prevent rolling blackouts along the way.

Earn FREE LEDs by managing your PEAK DEMAND this Summer!
Peak demand (4-9 PM, weekdays, June-Sep) is the most expensive, carbon intensive, and risky time to operate the grid.Reducing peak loads literally replaces dirty power plants and keeps your rates lower - plus it may help prevent rolling blackouts.Growers can help turn power plants OFF by shifting loads off peak this summer and get paid through energy procurement dollars. We are converting these funds into a GAVITA LED GIVEAWAY.
